EU threatens ‘formal action’ against UK.gov on Phorm

Who cares if it’s illegal? Not Gordon Brown, Jacqui Smith and the other Stalinists who want to interfere in every sphere of our lives. If this comes to pass the state of Gordongrad will have a surveillance regime in place that would have given Josef Stalin, Reinhard Heydrich and Erich Honecker perpetual wet dreams. Not even in Stalinist Russia, Nazi Germany or East Germany would there have been such governmental interference in the lives of its citizens.

Phorm Claim System “Most Definitely” Online By End Of 2009

Phorm and any company which touts similar technology is a privacy killer. And yet to be proven to be legal under UK or EU law. Gordongrad Government Plans Travel Database

Demanding access to and retaining payment information is too much. This “government” has already proven that it cannot be trusted with any confidential information. As the joke goes, “Why didn’t the civil servant leave his laptop on the train? Because he’d already left it down the pub!” Any time you vote Labour or support them in any way you are supporting the Stalinist surveillance state.
